7:45-8:15am Graduates Check in at Registration Table. All Graduate seating is open seating: in chairs on Lowell Field. Blank index cards will be handed to you: Print Name Large and Clear, Name only (difficult names please print name phonetically)

Please do not sit in rows reserved for faculty. M.A. Students also have a separate row.
Important: Please return to your seat after your name is called. Ceremony is not over until the graduating class is presented. …Please be on time.

Parking at Lowell Football Field: Located at Lake Merced Blvd and Winston Drive. Entrance to Lowell Parking lot is adjacent to Lot 25 on Winston Dr.
No food or drink services are available at Lowell High School.

Weather: The ceremony will be held rain or shine.

Photographer: Guests are asked to remain in their seats throughout the ceremony.. Please be courteous of other guests and sensitive to their views. Because of this, we have made arrangements with a professional firm, Chappell-Aardvark Studios. You will receive a passport-sized, full-color proof from Chappell-Aardvark by mail approximately one week after. You have no obligation to purchase anything.

Graduates can pre-register their e-mail, friends, and family (up to six) e-mail addresses and Graduation Images will contact them just as soon as their photos are available for online viewing and ordering.

Cap and Gown Rentals Cap and gown rental at the Bookstore will be on the following dates:
May 11 - 15, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. May 16, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 18 - 21, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
