The school has a vested interest in making graduates of both flavors; that is what they exist for, nothing else. As an institution with that goal, it does not reflect well on them when they do not make graduates. If somebody wished to be a prospecti…

It's in San Diego during the last weekend of July. I did buy a ticket for Sunday; Friday, Saturday and 4-day passes are gone with Thursday and Sunday dwindling. If I do go, I would audio-visually record my trip in a similar, but not identical way,…

I've never been. There's always been a comic bone in my body. But I'm probably not quite enough of an affectionado to warrant the trip (where is it, btw?). However, if you go I wonder if you might be able to record the experience for us in some way…

Anybody out there going to Comic-Con this year? For people who have ever been what are your thoughts: enlightening, fun, tourist trap, what?

You should try talking to the music department. First, figure out what you want it to sound like and have something specific in mind. Then, figure out who the big composition instructor is, tell them what you are doing, and they may be able to set y…

i saw a copy of "the economist" on the floor of the muni and i got all new-agey-geeked out that i was meant to read it, but it did not have the article you told me about. boo. serves me right for getting new agey. i suppose i'll have to actually look for the article now. drats.

Hi Amanda! I was going to send you message but still have yet to fully master this whole Ning-based social networking thing. Anyway, I'm writing to ask you about On A Dime, the program that Molly, Aurora, Lindsey and I are starting production on in the next couple of weeks. Molly mentioned to me that you would be interested in helping out with directing work...we would LOVE to have you! If that's still the case, please let me know (I couldn't find your email, so I had to post here :) ). We have a rehearsal/run-through this Fri., the 13th, at 10 AM and shoot our first episode on the following Friday, the 20th. Let me know asap if you're interested. It will be a blast! Hope your semester is going great otherwise.-ANNIE acgaus@gmail.com

YouTube Insights

Has anybody who has stuff on YouTube ever played with this? It's pretty trippy to me.

My most popular thing on my YouTube page has almost 500 views. As soon as I get 2000 views I will be able to say "Thousands of people have seen my stuff online." All but one other thing has yet to break triple digits (everybody access my stuff on different computers so it looks like I have more unique visitors!) Still I could say, "It has been seen by p… Continue
