What are your media emphases and practical experience? If you have graduated, what do you do now?
Social aspects of new technologies: mobile phones, MP3 players, web cams, digital media. Privacy and surveillance. Perception and technology. Community radio. Audio production.
What BECA classes have you taken / do you intend to take?
700 (Research), 701 (Cultural Studies), 702 (Ethics), 703 (Theory), 706 (Aesthetics), 725 (TV Production), 735 (Audio Aesthetics), 740 (Experimental Production), 752 (Pedagogy), 822 (Social Aspects). Will probably take the exam and graduate spring 2009.
